    Introduction: Working closely with customers or patients, it can be difficult not to get affected when one is met with feelings of frustration or dissatisfaction. Likewise, it can be difficult not to pass those feelings of your own, onto the person in front of you. This can result in negative customer interactions, stress and decreased work..
