Overweight and obesity are increasing global health concerns with significant health implications, including impaired female fertility due to hormonal imbalances, anovulation, and metabolic dysfunction. Weight-lowering drugs provide an alternative for individuals who struggle to achieve target weight loss through lifestyle..
