Background
Monitoring pharmacies' adherence to good pharmacy practice (GPP) is essential to ensure patient safety. In 2020, the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) implemented self-inspections as part of a risk-based approach (RBA) to pharmacy inspections. This approach assigns a grading outcome of A, B, or C based on the self-inspection.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
