Congenital hyperinsulinemia (CHI) is a rare disorder characterized by persistent hypoglycemia due to excessive insulin secretion, posing a significant risk of neurological damage. While diazoxide is the first-line treatment, some patients exhibit partial or complete resistance, necessitating alternative or adjunctive therapies...
