• Abstract:

  Introduction:
  Brexpiprazole is characterized as having equally high affinity for serotonin 5-HT1A,2A and dopamine D2 receptors and lower intrinsic activity at dopamine D2 receptors than aripiprazole. It was thought likely that brexpiprazole may be safer and less akathisia, insomnia or restlessness due to these pharmacological properties.
