Introduction
During ward rounds the medical consultant or registrar will make diagnoses, confirm management plans, and clinical review medications. A post-take ward round is when the treating medical consultant is present to review patients admitted under their care within the previous 24 hours. It normally takes place the next morning following.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
