Background
Diabetes mellitus is one of the fastest growing public health problems worldwide. People with type 2 diabetes have higher rates of diabetes-related hospital admission than the general population and they require longer periods of hospitalization. Understanding the reasons for admissions among patients with diabetes can provide..
