  • Abstract:

Background: Sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptor modulators (S1PRMs) show therapeutic effect in autoimmune disease by blocking lymphocyte egress from lymph nodes resulting in systemic lymphopenia. The S1PRM fingolimod is used clinically for multiple sclerosis but has significant off-target toxicities. Targeting S1PRM to their site of action..
