    Background
    Layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly can enhance solubility and bioavailability of low soluble drugs. The powerful sonication of crystals in water decreases its size to the nanoscale while still keeping sonication to prevent fast reagglomeration of smaller particles, stabilization in solution occurs by applying the LbL technology.
