    Aim: The Basel Consensus Statements are a set of statements developed by the International Pharmaceutical Federation to reflect the pharmacy profession[simplequote]s vision of hospital practice. Currently, there is no data illustrating the use of the Basel Statements to assess and monitor pharmacy practice in a tertiary care hospital.
