    Finland has academic degrees in pharmaceutical sciences (B.Sc. and M.Sc.). Almost 80% of the graduates are employed in community pharmacies. Studies include an obligatory 6 month pharmacy internship. It is carried out in 2 periods during second and third year of studies. Both periods have special learning objectives.
