  • Abstract:

Medicines for fever & cough and cold are the most commonly used OTC medicines. Unfortunately they are often used incorrectly with studies highlighting issues of inappropriate use and dosing errors. These medicines generate a large number of calls to poisons information centres as well as a number of emergency admissions due to incorrect dosing.
