  • Abstract:

    Objective: We have already found that losartan inhibits metabolism of arachidonic acid. Arachidonic acid is mainly metabolized by CYP2C8, 2C9, and 2J2 while paclitaxel by 2C8 and 3A4, in human liver microsomes.
