  • Abstract:

Ribavirin is a synthetic purine nucleoside analog with a broad spectrum of antiviral activity. There are no detailed pharmacokinetic data have been reported for this drug in Chinese until now, it is necessary to assess ribavirin pharmacokinetics in Chinese and develop a rapid and sensitive method for the measurement of ribavirin in human plasma.
