    The country of Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) is formed by two entities, the Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina (FB&H) and the Republic of Srpska (RS) as well as District Brcko DB). Currently, B&H still does not have united law on drugs that function on state level. The current system of geographical and political fragmentation drains all resources
