  • Abstract:

    Background

    Tamoxifen (TAM) is clinically proven to reduce breast cancer recurrence by blocking estrogen receptor, mainly through its active metabolites, endoxifen (END)and 4-hydroxytamoxifen (4HT) [1]. However, END level showed high variability between patients, widely based on CYP2D6 genetic polymorphism status [2].
