  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

Continuous wet granulation can offer a solution to scale-up problems as it is able to process both small and large batches on the same equipment by extending the run time.

    Aims

The aim of the study was to determine whether the scale of drying impacts granule and tablet properties; whilst assessing process stability.

    Methods

    The Consigma-25
