    Dissolution and absorption occurs within intestinal lumina filled with fluid motions driven by contractions of intestinal muscle.

    Aims

    We contrast hydrodynamic influences on dissolution from distributions of drug particles in the upper intestines with motility and absorption, with dissolution in the impermeable USP II vessel.
