    Backgrounds

    Stress can be defined as a subjective experience of threats when individuals grapped with physical or psychological burders.

    Aims

    Based on the stress-modulating characteristics of both NO, AT1 and AT2 receptors, the present study has attempted to evaluate the roles of nitric oxide and AT1 receptors on the antistress effects of losartan.
