  • Abstract:

    Black tea has been reported to have significant antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic properties associated with its polyphenol content theaflavins (TF) and thearubigins (TR). Similarly, Turkish black tea (TBT) also contains a considerable amount of TF and TR.
