  • Abstract:

    Capecitabine is an oral fluoropyrimidine effective in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer, has a toxicity profile well established. The most common adverse reactions reported are hand-foot syndrome, diarrhea, stomatitis, nausea and vomiting. Capecitabine is generally considered well tolerated.
