  • Abstract:

Background Cytochrome P4502D6 (CYP2D6) is an important cytochrome P450 enzyme which catalyzes the metabolism of more than 80 drugs. Its genetic polymorphism may cause difference in drug metabolism. Tramdol and metoprolol are both metabolized by CYP2D6. So the interaction of these two drugs may be related to the genetic polymorphism of CYP2D6. In..
