    With easy access to approach different medical specialties in Taiwan, there is limited restriction to retrieve anxiety-hypnotic medications in Taiwan. While World Health Organization defined continuous use for more than 180 day as long-term use, it is unknown what contribute to long-term use of anxiety-hypnotic medications.
