  • Abstract:

    The aim of this work was to prepare and characterize polymeric nanocapsules containing dexamethasone, a steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, in two different drug content (0.5 and 1.0 mg.ml-1), using poli(epsilon-caprolactone) as polymer.
