  • Abstract:

    Traditional methods for evaluating anticancer drug has generally employed single layer of cells grown on plastic surface (2-dimentional cell (2D) cultures), which is physiologically different from the natural environment of the cells. Screening compounds by using the method therefore has the potential to result in less effective anticancer drugs..
