  • Abstract:

    To develop the injectable temperature-sensitive implant using poloxamer188 (P188), poloxamer407 (P407) and NaCl, for controlled release of piroxicam (PRX) by the intramuscular route. Temperature-sensitive P188-P407-NaCl triblock copolymers which have the different weight ratios were first mixed and they display different viscosity and gel..
