  • Abstract:

    Background: Cyclosporine (CsA) and tacrolimus (FK506) are two of the most important immunosuppressive agents used in kidney transplantation. However, in some cases, CsA-based immunosuppressive regimen has to be switched to FK506-besed regimen. It is difficult to adjust the initial dose of FK506 after the regimen switching.
