  • Abstract:

    Docetaxel (DTX) is one of the most widely used anticancer compounds. Chronic use of infusion formulation, hospitalization and hypersensitivity reaction caused by Tween 80 present in the marketed preparation are some of the reasons for exploring an alternative oral formulation for DTX.
