  • Abstract:

    Background Multivesicular liposomes were composed of closely packed non-concentric vesicles that confers an increased drug encapsulation, stability and longer duration release.
    Aims: This is the first report demonstrating that nonionic surfactants could form Multivesicular vesicle for encapsulation of gentamicin for improving effectiveness..
