  • Abstract:


    I. Background:

    Impaired kidney function may lead to a reduction in bone mineral density, predisposing patients to higher fracture risk, increased morbidity and mortality.


    II. Aims:

    The prevalence of osteoporosis was estimated in Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) patients. The presence of other risk factors was assessed.
