  • Abstract:

    Background: In order to fully characterize paclitaxel-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles modified with 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin as potential oral drug delivery system, stability studies at different conditions in-vitro and in-vivo were performed.
