    YC-1, the anti-cancer candidate, could directly activate soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC) and increase cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) level. Our previous study found that YC-1 inhibited oleate-mediated lipid droplet formation and induced lipolysis in RAW 264.7 macrophages.
