Peter AGM De Smet is a Dutch pharmacist/clinical pharmacologist who is working as senior researcher at the Royal Dutch Association for the Advancement of Pharmacy (The Hague). Since 2000, he is also appointed as professor in the quality of pharmaceutical care at the Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre (Nijmegen).
