    Background: The low implantation rate is the key problem to be solved in in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Beside progesterone, weekly estradiol controlled delivery patch, estradiol valerate tabletes, aspirin enteric-coated tablets and prednisone acetate tablets were used in IVF-ET in our hospital to improve the implantation
