  • Abstract:

    Amphotericin B (AB) was used for systemic fungal infection. AB may decrease renal function resulting in renal tubular necrosis and electrolytes imbalance. The adequate hydration of AB may be useful to decrease nephrotoxicity. We retrospectively checked the records to discuss the differences in renal function and electrolyte between hydration (HG)
