    .The standard recommendation for treating anxiety includes the concomitant use of benzodiazepine and a tricyclic antidepressant in a low-dosage. The therapeutic plan encourages the benzodiazepine dosage tapering and termination after few weeks, if possible, while continuing low-dosage antidepressant.
