  • Abstract:

    Objective: To aim of this study was to assess the effect of sitagliptin, a high selective once-daily oral dipeptidy peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, when added to ongoing metformin/sulfonyureas therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes who had inadequate glycemic controlled on metformin and sulfonyureas combination therapy.
