  Curcumine（Cur） a potent anticancer agent however, is not a viable candidate drug due to its poor bioavailability.To improve the bioavailability, we have designed and synthesized a novel Cur prodrug FM0806.It showed no spontaneous hydrolysis at pH 7.4, but was susceptible to hydrolysis and release Cur by homogenized liver and blood..
