  • Abstract:

Flavonoids are polyphenolic compounds that have many biological activities: anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, antivirus, anti-allergy, anti-osteoporosis, antioxidant activity. It has been reported that the antioxidant mechanism of these compounds may come from the interaction between transition metal ions and flavonoids. The resulted complexes play..
