    Backgrounds

    The continuous manufacturing of drug products is a promising approach to intensify the efficiency and increase the quality of drug production.

    Aims

    The aim of this study was to provoke a continuous direct compression line using challenging formulations which should be prone to segregation due to the large particle size differences.
