  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

Ibuprofen, a BCS class II drug requires a high loading dose to be effective. In this study, the possibility of combining polyelectrolytes with hydrotropes was explored to form secondary complexes with effects on release profiles and stability of novel nanoconjugates.

    Aims

To enhance the solubility of ibuprofen by the combined advantage
