  • Abstract:

Amphotericin B (AmB) is available in the market as a micellar-lyophilized system, which has to be used promptly after reconstitution due to its high degradation in aqueous medium.

Three differente AmB-micellar systems were diluted in pure water at 5.10-3 M AmB (5mg/mL).  AmB-containing liposome (AmBisome®) was also diluted at the same conditions.
