  • Abstract:

    Medication duplication would harm to patient, exacerbate the disease, increase medicine expenditure and not improve treatment outcomes. Analyzing the inappropriate prescriptions in Chiayi CGMH on 2012, 68.8% of duplicate medications were intercepted by pharmacist. There still have some space to improve the drug safety.
