  • Abstract:

    Aims: To find antidepressant from Chinese herb- Radix Glycyrrhizae (root of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch).

    Methods: The present study used two classical behavioral despair animal models â€'the Tail Suspension Test (TST) and the Forced Swimming Test (FST) in mice to screen the antidepressant activity of liquiritin and isoliquiritin isolated..
