  Abstract Obiective: To develop LC-MS/MS method for the determination of the Isosorbide-5-mononitrate (ISMN) in human plasma. Method: ISMN and the internal standard were extracted from plasma by methanol which used as deproteinated solvent, and separated on a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column using methanol and 10 mM ammonium acetate as mobile phase..
