  • Abstract:

Axitinib (AXT) is a potent and selective inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors 1–3 that contribute to the pathogenesis of solid tumours.

AXT-loaded polypeptide-based hybrid liposomal nanoparticles (P-LNP/AXT)was fabricated, and evaluated for physicochemical properties,in vitro and in vivo antitumor activity.
