  • Abstract:

    Background: Information Systems assist pharmacists with alerts when patients are exposed to drugs that might cause harm by e.g. drug-drug interactions. Until recently, it was not possible to signal the lack of medication for the prevention of serious adverse events of other medicines. Three alerts were implemented in over 1000 community pharmacies
