  • Abstract:

    Background: Angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs) have adverse cardiovascular effects, including myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, palpitations and hot flashes. We have already reported that ARBs decrease the formation of epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs), which are cardioprotective, from arachidonic acid by inhibiting various P450 (CYP) enzymes ..
