    This work has been undertaken to enhance the production of clinically important fibrinolytic protease from indigenously isolated Bacillus cereus by subjecting indigenous fibrinolytic protease producing Bacillus cereus to non-recombinant random mutagenesis using ultra-violet (UV) irradiation, ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS) and ethidium bromide..
