Background: The number of new pharmacy graduates who are ready to enter the workforce as prepared and skilled leaders continues to diminish according to a report from the American Society of Health Systems 2002 Leadership Conference. This supports a renewed emphasis on leadership in Schools/Colleges of Pharmacy curricula.
